      SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR ALL VENUES SATURDAY, FEB. 22ND
       
      To allow for better field conditions for the morning of Saturday, Feb. 22nd, the start times for games at all venues will be delayed. 
      Please refer to the updated schedule for your division for new game times. 
       
      Game duration changes:
      U9-U14: 2 x 25 minute halves
      U15: 2 x 35 minute halves
       
      Games at all venues on Sunday, Feb. 23rd remain the same time and game lengths as originally scheduled.

      The Concorde Fire Challenge Cup is one the of the nation's largest soccer tournaments for ages U8-U15, attracting nearly 450 teams nationwide. This highly competitive tournament is hosted by one of the nation’s premier soccer clubs, Concorde Fire Soccer Club. Please join us in Atlanta, Georgia on February 22-23, 2020 for the 30th Annual Challenge Cup!

      Teams
      The Concorde Fire Challenge Cup is an Unrestricted tournament.  All affiliations may apply. 
      Three guest players (from same or lower division) allowed

      Roster Limits:  U09 & U10 (7v7) = 12 players maximum
      Roster Limits:  U10 (9v9) & U11 & U12 = 14 players maximum
      Roster Limits:   U13, U14 & U15 = 22 players maximum

      Format
      USYSA rules with three (3) games minimum.

      Match Duration:  U09-U10 =   2 x 25 minutes
      Match Duration:  U11-U14 = 2 x 30 minutes
      Match Duration:  U15 = 2 x 35 minutes

      2020 Concorde Fire Challenge Cup Tournament Apparel can be purchased on site. 
      Shirts in a variety of styles will be available at each venue.

      To ensure the quality of service provided at the Challenge Cup, Concorde Fire Soccer Club has partnered with THE TOURNAMENT OFFICE as the official Hospitality Service of the tournament.

    • Tournament Deadlines
      Challenge Cup Deadlines - Boys - online check-in is required!
      February 1 - deadline to register teams
      February 1 - deadline to pay team registration fee so team can be seeded
      February 4 - expected date to receive acceptance notice
      February 10 - deadline to begin Online Check-In (can begin as soon as you receive acceptance email)
      February 17; 6 pm - deadline to complete Online Check-In
       
    • Guest Players
      •   Important Guest Player information:  Guest player name should be hand written on the bottom of your official state roster.  Then add the player and jersey number to your tournament roster.  All supporting documents for guest player are required - player pass, waiver, medical release.       Documentation Required
      The following documentation will be required to check in.  There will be no onsite check-in.  For more information, click on the INFORMATION tab and then the CHECK-IN link.

      Online Check-In is mandatory and must be completed by February 17th. 

      Credentials
      Teams must provide the required credentials to check in online prior to 2/17/2020.  
      *State Roster - One (1) copy of their official roster with guest payers written on the bottom
      *Player numbers must be written on the state roster next to the player's name
      *Player Release Form signed by each parent (this must be the Concorde Fire Form)
      *A current, Medical Release Form for each player - including guest players.  (Current means within the past 12 months.)
      *Player I.D. Cards - laminated with photographs.
      *Permission to Travel Form - USYSA teams from outside Georgia must also provide this including a roster listing all players authorized to travel.
      *Game Rosters/Game Cards printed from your Soccer in College team page - 5 copies

      *US Club Passed teams do not need state permission to travel
